On march 7 2009 the URCC will make its debut in Baguio. Team Lakay will be URCC's local partners and will produce URCC Baguio entitled Colt 45 URCC Baguio - "Rumble In the Highlands"
Ten fights are slated in the Lakay team bastion, with Mark Sangiao facing a kickboxing champ who has fought and won in Korea and Thailand
